Q: How long will I have to wait for my download?

A: The processing time can vary from a few minutes to 24 hrs

Q: How will I receive my download?

A: When your card is processed you will receive an email that
    contains your digital download link

Q: When is my credit/debit card charged?

A: Your card is only charged immediately prior to you receiving
    your email that contains your download link

Q: What happens if there is a problem processing my card?

A: If this is the case you will usually be notified via Email by the
    Support Team within 24 hours

Q: What format will my downloads arrive in?

A: Either a P.D.F or an .EXE file - both types of file are instantly
    downloadable to any location on your computer you choose

Q: What happens if I lose my download link or have problems
   accessing my product/service?

A: Simply email the Support Team on cptsupporthelp@aol.co.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as possible in normal working hours.
